Hartree Centre

Hartree Centre

We are working with the Hartree Centre to develop: - an improved shared knowledge base that could help with predicting which older adults would need i) support at home ii) care home support or iii) very complex care support e.g. dementia, mental health issues or PEG feed tubes. This would mean patients wouldn’t have to wait so long for help and would improve their quality of life. - an improved shared knowledge base that could help identify children with behavioural issues and autism, and adults with learning disabilities, much earlier so they can be helped sooner.
