The University of Birmingham held a workshop for the Quantifying, Understanding & Enhancing Relational Continuity of Care (QUERCC) study. This study is funded by the NIHR and the aim of the study is to develop practical guidance on how to improve to improve continuity of care. Community Connexions attended the workshop and took 4 lay members of the public to the workshop. the next workshop is on the 20th February 2024.
