FLOURISH, the west Birmingham community health collaborative, hosted a social prescribing event at Aston Hall on the 14th September 2023. Community connexions was invited to this networking event. Dr Fatima Zakia attended this event and networked with healthcare professionals who work to reduce health inequalities across West Birmingham.
